Requirements

Education:

Graduate level degree with emphasis in Human Resources Development, Instructional Design, Training or related discipline.

Qualifications:

- 5 – 10 or more years of leading the design and delivery of large-scale instructor-led programs at a major corporation targeted at managers or higher.
- A track record for developing innovative learning experiences that can be directly tied to improved business results.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively across various levels of management.
- Ability to work with remote teams/subject-matter experts and accomplish results.
- Evidence of strong organization, planning and project skills.

Succession Planning, Talent Review, and People Capability Tools

- Manages succession plans and talent development plans for all divisions, globally.
- Tracks high potential talent and assists with high potential talent identification and development.
- Designs and maintains tools to support internal talent review processes.
- Stays current on talent management best practices (i.e. succession planning, high potential talent identification).
- Develops and implements selection tools and processes to build hiring manager capability.

Data Analytics and Reporting

- Promotes the value of talent management systems to others; collaborates with others to specify needs or requirements for the design of the new system and for future updates; demonstrates knowledge of the strategy, structures, processes, procedures and key technical elements of the global enterprise.

Ideal Background

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Global Enterprise Architect position is a part of YUM! Brands Global Technology Innovation and Architecture team. The role will drive development of technology strategies for YUM! Brands globally. The role will be accountable for working with cross functional teams across all of our brands globally to assess and develop technology solutions for business opportunities in both restaurant and above-restaurant environments. This role will provide strategic leadership and creative thinking to the analysis of technology trends and the identification of new opportunities to help drive brand growth strategies.

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

- STRATEGIC IT LEADERSHIP
- Provide technology input and research results that contribute to thought leadership and points of view on technology strategies in a broad range of areas to include, Retail, e-Commerce, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Collaboration, Content Management, Business Intelligence, Cloud and Infrastructure

Requirements

- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies and programs for successful growing companies and has a passion for new and emerging technologies and their applicability to business models
- A technical undergraduate degree required
- At least 5 years progressive experience in technology implementations and support, preferably with one or more specialized areas of focus
- Technical and/or business certifications a plus
- Web, e-Commerce, CRM and/or Social Media related experience inside and/or outside the restaurant industry a plus
- Prior consulting experience a plus
